Project description: Reconstructing a portion of Race St. from Oakhurst Scenic Dr. to Grace Ave and restripe Sylvania Ave. from Virginia to Belknap St Project consists of removal of concrete pavement/sidewalks, completion of asphalt pavement, concrete pavement/curb, storm drain/inlets, ADA ramps, light pole installation, pavement markings, landscaping and irrigation.
